One Ecosystem
Two Intelligence Profiles
Intuos democratizes aviation intelligence by transforming aircraft operations into a fully integrated aviation software platform that unifies operational data, real-time flight data monitoring, and predictive engine intelligence into one reliable source.
Built on a shared foundation of high-precision GPS and acceleration monitoring, the system is available in two purpose-built hardware solutions.
One is optimized for maneuver analysis, the other for engine performance insights.

Grade
Telemetry
Go beyond simple tracking with IFU
Using professional-grade sensors trusted by Boeing and Airbus, the IFU captures complete 6 grade of freedom flight behavior every two seconds – enabling objective 3D debriefs, deeper flight insight, and real-time safety oversight.
Zero API
Integration
Stop managing data silos
Our software and hardware are engineered to work together natively from day one.
Data flows automatically from the cockpit to training records, eliminating manual entry and delivering a major leap in operational productivity.
Intelligence
Our AEM is the only plug-and-play system that monitors real-time engine health through acoustic analysis
Protected by patents in 158 countries, it detects mechanical anomalies before failure – helping prevent costly AOG events and saving thousands in emergency repair costs.
The Fragmentation Trap
Most of Operators manage modern fleets with Analog tools
Excel, basic GPS trackers, paper logs, systems that don’t communicate with each other. Teams often enter the same flight data multiple times, losing countless hours every week to repetitive administrative work.
This fragmentation keeps operations in a reactive loop: training remains subjective, engine insights stay trapped in silos, and maintenance issues are often discovered only after an aircraft is grounded.
With Intuos
Every flight becomes a seamless stream of intelligence through native integration.
The moment you take off, the IFU captures professional-grade telemetry every two seconds. Data flows automatically into The Manager©, eliminating manual entry and validating CBTA competencies with objective evidence.
At the same time, dashboards update with real-time safety events while the AEM monitors engine health and syncs predictive maintenance alerts directly to your maintenance calendar.
Operations, flight data, and engine health: unified into a single reliable source.
Without Intuos
Every landing creates more admin work. Flight data stays trapped in disconnected systems instead of driving better training outcomes.
Maintenance runs on spreadsheets with no link to actual aircraft stress or usage, leaving engine issues hidden until inspections or expensive last-minute discoveries.
Student progression becomes subjective: measured by memory, not data.
Native integration transforms every flight into a seamless stream of actionable intelligence

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Intuos an all-in-one aviation platform or can modules be used separately?
Intuos is a modular, all-in-one aviation platform: you can start with a few modules of The Manager© software alone, add new ones, add IFU and/or AEM hardware as your operations scale and needs change.
Each module delivers standalone value but achieves maximum ROI when integrated natively: telemetry flows automatically from the units into training records, maintenance logs, and compliance calendars without any manual data entry or API configuration.
Does Intuos work for both fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters?
Yes. Both the IFU (InFlight Monitor Unit) and AEM (Engine Monitor Unit) are compatible with fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters. The Manager© software is equally suited for fixed-wing, rotary-wings, and mixed fleets operators. All Intuos hardware can be installed by a qualified CAMO or approved Maintenance organization without requiring a Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).
Can The Manager© work as a standalone software or does it require hardware?
The Manager© is a modular platform that can be utilized as a standalone management suite to digitalize scheduling, operations, training , and airworthiness and maintenance compliance.
However, its power is multiplied when integrated with Intuos hardware: the InFlight Unit (The Eyes) or the Audio Engine Monitor (The Ears).
This native integration enables Automatic Data Access, allowing telemetry to flow directly from the cockpit into student records, flight logbook, electronic Technical Logs (eTL), and maintenance calendars without manual uploads.
What if we operate in multiple countries with different regulations?
The Manager© is designed to be European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) compliant by default. We also work closely with our customers to understand and accommodate specific local regulatory requirements, ensuring the solution remains aligned across different jurisdictions.
How is IFU different from GPS trackers?
Unlike standard GPS trackers, our IFU captures and transmits not only location data but also detailed flight parameters such as pitch, roll, yaw, and acceleration. This enables advanced monitoring capabilities, including early detection of envelope warnings and potential safety risks.
Can I use IFU without The Manager© software?
Yes, the data collected by the device can be accessed through dedicated software applications, which can be used independently without requiring access to specific modules of The Manager©.
Can I use IFU without AEM?
Yes, you can choose either of the two devices based on your specific needs. IFU is preferred for detecting and analyzing flight maneuvers while AEM is typically selected when the focus is on engine performance monitoring.
