Extend The Manager© with Real-Time FDM and Acoustic Engine Monitoring Hardware
When integrated with the InFlight Unit (The Eyes) or the Engine Monitor (The Ears), The Manager (The Brain) unlocks automatic data access for smarter, faster operations
The Eyes
Inflight Monitor Unit
Optimized for flight schools and training organizations. It captures complete 6 grade of freedom orientation to validate training exercises, provide objective 3D debriefs, and automatically log engine hours for maintenance tracking.
The Ears
Engine Monitor Unit
The strategic choice for commercial helicopter operators and engine-critical missions. It uses patent-protected acoustic analysis to push predictive health alerts directly to the maintenance dashboard, allowing for proactive scheduling before a grounding occurs.
Purpose-built for
every Operations
Running a profitable academy shouldn’t be an administrative battle.
Multi-base chaos, with records scattered across spreadsheets, paper logs, and disconnected tools, creates management blind spots and resource leaks.
The result is audit panic, with staff scrambling for days to organize records, while leadership lacks objective visibility into training quality.
-
Massive productivity increase
Centralize all locations in one real-time dashboard.
-
Higher First-Time Pass Rates
Improve outcomes through data-driven training and objective competency validation.
-
Audit-Ready Compliance
Turn audit preparation from a multi-day scramble into a task completed in minutes.
-
Seamless Multi-Base Coordination
Eliminate scheduling conflicts and optimize fleet utilization across all locations.
Operating a commercial fleet without full visibility puts revenue at risk.
When scheduling is disconnected from aircraft availability, response times slow and opportunities are lost.
Multi-jurisdiction compliance can quickly become a spreadsheet nightmare, increasing the risk of grounding and SLA penalties.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can The Manager© work as a standalone software or does it require hardware?
The Manager© is a modular platform that can be utilized as a standalone management suite to digitalize scheduling, operations, training, and airworthiness and maintenance compliance.
However, its power is multiplied when integrated with Intuos hardware: the InFlight Unit (The Eyes) or the Audio Engine Monitor (The Ears).
This native integration enables Automatic Data Access, allowing telemetry to flow directly from the cockpit into student records, flight logbooks, electronic Technical Logs (eTL), and maintenance calendars without manual uploads.
Can we migrate data from our current system?
Data from current system can be migrated. We work closely with our clients to ensure timely delivery.
Can we customize workflows to match our procedures?
The software has been developed based on the needs of primary operators, so we do not typically anticipate significant customization requirements. However, we actively listen to our customers’ requests and continuously refine our development roadmap, taking into account feedback and common needs across our user base.
What if we operate in multiple countries with different regulations?
The software is designed to be European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) compliant by default. We also work closely with our customers to understand and accommodate specific local regulatory requirements, ensuring the solution remains aligned across different jurisdictions.
Is The Manager© compliant with EASA Part-ATO and Part-DTO requirements?
Yes. The Manager© is designed to support EASA Part-ATO and Part-DTO regulatory requirements by default, including digital flight logbooks, CBTA competency tracking, theoretical knowledge management, and instructor Flight Time Limitation (FTL) controls. Organizations can adapt the platform to their approved training program without significant customization.
Can The Manager© handle multi-base flight school management?
Yes. Multi-base management is a core capability of The Manager©. You can centralize scheduling, student records, instructor assignments, and fleet data across all your locations in a single real-time dashboard — eliminating the coordination bottlenecks and data duplication that come with managing bases through separate tools or spreadsheets.
Does The Manager© support CBTA (Competency-Based Training and Assessment)?
Yes. The Manager© includes a dedicated CBTA module aligned with EASA’s competency-based training framework. Instructors can assess observable behaviors for each maneuver, track student progression against the approved syllabus, and generate CBTA-compliant reports.
When paired with the IFU, telemetry data from actual flights feeds directly into CBTA competency records — replacing manual assessment with objective, sensor-backed evidence.
Is there a Mobile App?
All our applications are fully responsive and designed to work seamlessly across devices, including smartphones and tablets. This means you can access and use the platform on mobile without the need for a dedicated app.
