What is EATS?

EATS (European Airline Training Symposium) is one of Europe’s leading aviation training events, bringing together airlines, flight training organizations, aviation authorities, and technology providers. Held in Cascais, Portugal, EATS provides a platform to explore innovations in pilot training, flight simulation, operational safety, and training technologies, while fostering networking and business opportunities across the aviation industry.

Who attends EATS

Pilots, cabin crew, Approved Training Organisations (ATOs), maintenance technicians, heads of training and chief pilots from European airlines, simulator and training-device manufacturers, EASA representatives, training-software vendors and EASA-aligned flight schools.

Who is Intuos

Intuos gives general aviation the kind of real time data commercial airlines already rely on. According to Intuos research, roughly 70 percent of the global light aircraft fleet, more than 400,000 aircraft, still depends on analogue instruments and manual compliance tracking.

The Intuos platform closes that gap with three connected products:

  • IFU (InFlight Monitor Unit): a telemetry device that captures flight behavior without integrating into the aircraft’s avionics
  • AEM (Audio Engine Monitor Unit): an engine health monitoring with automatic anomaly detection
  • The Manager©: operations software that turns flight and engine data into scheduling, operation, maintenance, and compliance decisions

The devices can be installed independently of the aircraft type or avionics configuration, as they are fully self-contained and do not rely on the aircraft’s onboard systems, making them effectively plug-and-play across different aircraft platforms.

Operators use the data to reduce manual logbook work, improve training feedback, catch misuse patterns before they become costly repairs, and manage each aircraft as a business asset.

Recognized in Europe

Intuos arrives in Lisboa with recognition across Europe, as one of the 100 top Aviation companies and startups in September by F6S.
The company was selected for the Techstars Transformative World Torino accelerator, is backed by Italy’s Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and by Invitalia and holds patents in 158 countries.
